Run Club+ 8-Week Session

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama! Your 8-week Run Club+ Program Includes:

  • A detailed training program based on your goal and starting point
  • Weekly group runs
  • Private coaching and accountability group
  • Education on every aspect of running from technique to nutrition
  • Access to the VOD Run Club+ collection of on-demand workouts
  • Unlimited access to FIT4MOM DC classes with our All Access Membership
2024 Spring Session runs from April 20th through June 9th with weekly coach-led runs on Saturdays at 7:30am starting at Lincoln Park.

  • The optional culminating run for this session will be the EOD Warrior 5K and Half-Marathon. Registration is open for the race through May 29th. Register and get more information here. The race is optional and registration fees are not included in your Run Club+ enrollment.

Weekly Group Runs: Run Club+ members are invited to meet weekly on Saturday mornings around 7:30am for a run based on their training plan along with the session coaches. Group runs are a great motivator and lots of fun! This is also the perfect opportunity to get feedback from your coach on technique and share tips with your fellow runners. Runners are welcome to bring along their little ones in a stroller for the weekly runs, or not.

Cancellation policy We're happy to provide a full refund if you need to cancel your registration before the session starts. No refunds are given for cancelations after the 4th week. Pro rated refunds are available for cancelations before the end of the 4th week.
